Payment Plans T & C
Payment Options Payment Plans/Partial Payments are a way to allow you to spread the cost of your order over a period of time. These are free to set up and do not incur any additional fees to you over all.
It IS NOT a credit agreement however so the goods will remain our property until full payment is made.
Cancellations
We at Dymond Jewellery reserve the right to cancel your order and refund if more than 2 months elapse with no payment or communication. Please speak to us if you are having issues making your payments, especially if we are working towards a completion date of your choosing.
You have the right to cancel your order at any point before final balance is settled but please be aware your deposit of 25% plus a fee for any work carried out or unusable materials ordered will be deducted before any refund is issued. Should any refund be required, it will be returned via PayPal to the account from which it was received.
Deposit/Payments
Payments are to be taken via PayPal where the invoice will be adjusted to allow for partial payments. (bank transfer is an alternative payment at my discretion)
Payment plan details will be on each individual invoice, and payment of your deposit is acceptance they have been read and understood.
Orders will not begin until a minimum of 50% payment is received, or 100% for completely bespoke commissions.
Deposits will be charged at 25% of the invoice total and are NON REFUNDABLE
Payment plan details will be on each individual invoice, and payment of your deposit is acceptance they have been read and understood. Any changes made after deposit is paid may incur extra charges
The remaining balance will be divided over a period of time agreed, and laid out in your invoice.
Cooling Off
Any cancellations made within 14 days of us receiving the deposit will be refunded in full, less and Paypal fee incurred.
Final Payments
Please make sure you communicate any important timescales or dates with us BEFORE you read your invoice and pay your deposit (so we can lay it out in your invoice), as it may be difficult to rearrange workshop time after the deposit has been received.
